Let’s face it, we hate opening up that envelope mailed by those people down at ARMS that is delivered to our homes every two months or so. Some people open it up straight away, others leave it aside for when they are in a better mood. The truth is, the bill is there and has to be paid. But what happens when you feel that the bill you were sent doesn’t seem to comply with what you think you may have used up. Do we really have to worry about excessive electricity and water bills in Malta?
